The west are the ones that come direct from our fantastic government. It’s always humorous when they mock us as conspiracy theorists and then they themselves upload “so called” declassified documents such the one below.
In short the declassified document claims that 23 soldiers were turned into stone by aliens nd the UFO then transformed into a ball of light.
